The staff at the veterinary clinic were amiable and knowledgeable. They welcomed me when I arrived and served me with great care and courtesy. I didn't get to meet the veterinarians because I was there to transport cats from a rescue for spaying/neutering, but based on my interactions with the staff, I think the vets must also be excellent.

Had a great experience at Southshore. They were extremely knowledgeable about cats, and they made my kitten feel very comfortable (he flipped out at the first vet we tried!). Looking forward to working with Southshore in the future!

Brought my cat in due to not being able to walk. I thought for sure she had a broken bone or something but turned out it was much worse. The staff was very patient with me while I asked a million questions and gave me time to figure out my next step. Sadly, I knew she was in too much pain and I decided to put her down.I have to say as hard as it was to make that decision, I felt supported by theentire staff. I genuinely felt the love and compassion they have for not just animals but humans too.I would 100% recommend using them as your vet. I know I’ll be using them from now on. Everyone was super friendly and easy to talk to. I really can’t thank them enough. ❤️❤️❤️
