Dr. Vennen is noted for his thorough explanations and excellent care. The facility and waiting rooms are well-regarded, and the prices are considered reasonable. While the back of the house is praised for its five-star attitude and great service, some feedback suggests that the front desk could improve its customer service. Additionally, the hospital offers a helpful reward system that benefits clients financially. Overall, the entire staff is seen as fun and helpful, making it a place where pet owners feel confident bringing their beloved animals.
The doctors and their assistants are so very kind and knowledgeable. They obviously love animals. They take the time to explain everything and give you time to think if you have any other questions. They give you a report detailing the whole visit, so you can look at it later if you want to. They tell you how much a procedure is going to cost before they do it. They understand.
Ark Animal Hospital has always been absolutely amazing with my pups. I lost one a couple years ago and Dr Landry was in constant contact with me the whole day through the process until the end. They really care about their patients and their parents. My current baby still sees Dr Landry and I wouldn’t have it any other way. The staff is pretty awesome.
Hands-down, this is the best place in all of Louisiana, Everyone here is very kind and caring the minute you walk in you feel a positive energy. I would absolutely recommend ARK to everyone….
