It took a few days, but in my heart I felt that the advice and options laid out for me were honest and diverse. Binx never handled the vet well, but she did good with the team at TCP and though I balled my eyes out at their facility, they took time to comfort me and have made follow ups feel personal and professional. I received a handwritten card this week in the mail that moved me, as it was a first experience to have with a Vet office. I miss her terribly, but the card helped me feel a little more at peace. Sometimes, it’s the little things that make all the difference to some. I am grateful.“

“We have 6 dogs that Lake cares for and we wouldn't dream of sending them anywhere else. We got married in May 2014 and each of us had 3 rescues that were now all part of one big family. They help us on so many levels and we are grateful for the entire staff. In 2013 I lost my dog Saban to old age. We had him for 12 years and he was 15 yrs old. Lake animal help me through the grief process and checked up on me for weeks after we had to put him down. They wrapped him up in his own blankets and placed him in a box my son built so we could bring him to our farm in Mississippi and bury him. They are the most compassionate Animal Hospital I've ever been to.These ladies are like family and we Love them all. Kenny & Valerie Peffer.. Update we're down to 3 but lake handled the end of life for each of our fur babies and helped us get through it. Still the best“

“Me and my pups love this place, well maybe they don’t love it, but they don’t hate it and I’ll take that as a win. When I had an emergency with my Sadie, I was back and forth on the phone way after hours. Then brought her in, she was having grand mal seizures. We never figured out why, but I know she wouldn’t have lived without their care and love.“

“The staff at the veterinary clinic were amiable and knowledgeable. They welcomed me when I arrived and served me with great care and courtesy. I didn't get to meet the veterinarians because I was there to transport cats from a rescue for spaying/neutering, but based on my interactions with the staff, I think the vets must also be excellent.“
“What has happened…..My pets have always been under the care of MSAH. Dr. Renee is incredible and shows compassion regarding our animals. Melinda is the sharpest, well honed office manager my family has ever dealt with. That’s good on the Vet service and spot on with staff like Melinda. However, the Lakeview MSAH is extremely busy, especially since grooming terminated at the Metairie location. Things have changed in the last couple of years. The Lakeview MSAH is clearly bombarded with new patients and new pets to be groomed. It’s a shame to enter any place and see the staff burdened with an overload of people and pets. I’m disappointed that MSAH can’t provide enough employees to keep this gem of a Vet going. I know the economy is in despair currently, but people still need pet care. This type of business is not impacted by our distorted economy. That said, bring on the employees MSAH central. Don’t let a good location be in need of assistance. I look forward to see and feel less stress when MSAH central fixes this problem. ?“

Not only very professional, but personable. I would definitely recommend bringing your fur baby here if they need any medical attention.“

“I moved and needed a new vet. I was impressed with how quickly they got my cat in for a checkup. On the first visit Dr Theresa found a polyp deep in my cats ear that no other vet had ever found. She performed a surgery to remove it, and for the first time in years he has stopped scratching endlessly on that ear. I have seen both Dr Theresa and Dr Amy, they are both top notch and provided excellent care for my senior boy! Office is very clean and welcoming and the cost is reasonable, they tell you up front what the charges will run.“

“We are so impressed with the work done by Top Dog Training Academy! My corgi, Gatsby, has a strong personality and thinks he runs the house. Top Dog has taught him that while he may own all our hearts, he still has to do as he’s told. His training was great brainwork for him, which has made him much happier. I feel so much better about his safety now; if I drop his leash, he won’t bolt like he used to! He stays in a wonderful heel and listens to commands. I couldn’t be happier with Top Dog; they took such great care of him, sent plenty of updates, and made sure to focus on his specific needs. Shortly after his training, we took him on a road trip with lots of hotels, hikes, and even tubing! He did great. No excessive barking, stayed focused on us, and listened to commands even in distracting areas. I am amazed at how well his training has paid off. Thank you Top Dog!!“

“The staff is friendly. Their services are reasonably priced. They are very busy though so you do have to wait depending on the time of day but most of the time you can get same day appointments so that's a plus.“
