They hung on to him for a couple hours, introducing him to their facility and giving him time to adjust while observing how he does with other dogs. But the doctor was superb as well. Very professional and extreme bedside manner. My poor dog developed an infection and Dr. Jack was just amazing. I was so very upset when she developed an infection.
