“I recommend this Vet for so many reasons, but let’s start with the mere fact when you walk in you are greeted by Courtney with clear precise instructions and smiles even when overwhelmed. Then when you visit with Nurse KeKe who makes you feel seen and takes her time with you and your puppy. She never rushed us and made sure all questions were answered before letting you move on. Now to top this off was Dr Lillard. This lady was the epitome of class and personality. So I see why the staff are the way they are. The expectation is set from the top. I am thankful for this store.“

“My husband and I are VERY protective of our 3 dogs and barely trust anyone to take care of them. We started boarding our dogs at Camp Bow Wow by the airport in 2024 and have worried less and less with each visit. The staff knows our dogs’ quirks and remembers them by name. One of our dogs has epilepsy; another one of our dogs is very anxious after a history of abuse (before we rescued him). They show each of our dogs the care and attention that they need and want. “What a WONDERFUL experience I had with my baby. That was even with a setback. I had my dog spaded at this facility by Dr. Jack Ferro. The staff was so very nice in every way possible. But the doctor was superb as well. Very professional and extreme bedside manner. My poor dog developed an infection and Dr. Jack was just amazing. I was so very upset when she developed an infection. But Dr. Jack stood there after hours to help me get her on the right track. Dr. Jack showed me his true professionalism and caring for my animal. I can’t thank Dr. Jack enough I just love him! Dr. Kreider and Dr. Merriwether have provided excellent care for my anxious kitty and have helped us work through many illnesses and behavioral situations over the years. They are always right on the money with their recommendations and treatment plans. We trust them completely! We love that they know exactly who we are every time we call and are so genuinely excited to see Minnie. We also love the consistency in care. “Danielle, the owner is wonderful with my dogs. This is a free roam establishment and the dogs are not caged. At my previous groomer, my dogs were always very nervous as soon as they realized where we were. They are much more relaxed now.“

“Dr. McKenna does an amazing job with all of my fur babies. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals. Kind, patient and friendly. Recently I had two of my (indoor only) cats get sick and he had them feeling and looking better in just a day or two. My dog also needed surgery and he did an amazing job with that. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenna to anyone with fur babies.“

“I adopted a handicapped Australian Shepherd. Took him to Rhoda for grooming. I cannot express how beautiful a job they did to my dog. The staff are wonderful, one of the ladies helped me get him in and out the car. Price was extremely great for what they did, I highly recommend them.“
