I can’t recommend Ductz enough! Our original service was scheduled for 11/2 at 8am; however, their truck broke down while they were en route. They called me before 8 to let me know they might not be able to make it out to service our ducts. However, after hours of sitting on the side of the interstate the guys made it out to my house. They inspected everything and told us it was a minimum 6 hour job and it was up to us if we wanted them to go ahead and get started or reschedule. We decided to reschedule because by that point it would’ve put them working until late into the night.
