Just wanted to share my experience with Alex. (Employee of Butcher A/C) He came out to do service cleaning on my units. He saw that pressure on outside unit was low. He went in attic found leak in coil. While new coil was on the way, he immediately started taking bad one out. As a business owner, great employees are hard to come by. Alex and Butcher A/C did a top notch job!!
Butcher Air Conditioning has the kindest and most knowledgable technicians. The young man was very patient with me and showed me how to monitor everything from an app on my phone! I feel very safe having such prompt professional service! Thank You Brett Butcher!
My wife and I were out of town on vacation when we noticed our home wasn’t cooling. Our oldest daughter said our old unit was staying around 75. We called Butcher at 9 pm on a Saturday, Jessie came out within 30 minutes and had the problem diagnosed shortly after.The next day we received an estimate from Ryan H for a new unit and he explained our options and even answered my questions. Monday morning Bryce A, Cody T and Stevie were at our home installing the new system. Before any work was started they introduced themselves to our daughter, then began working.
