They answer the phone when you call and come when they say they are, quickly. “He knows his stuff and didn't waste time trying to b.s. me. He said he sells Trane units because they're the least serviced, longest lasting, best warrantied units available. My research verifies that. Don't automaticlly skip him just because you can't afford a Trane, ask him what he can do for your budget.
He did a super thorough check on all vents and the airflow is now consistent across my house. His estimate came back faster than everyone else's too. He offered me a deal in the off season and I took it because I know he can't offer that in the summer.
