I was so pleased to meet and work with Climate Control/Taylor for the first time. He's a really easy going and respectful person He welcomed me to watch and ask questions. He determined I had a leaky schrader valve, replaced it, topped off the refrigerant, did a quick recheck inside and it's been working fine ever since. A thank you to Amy Jo as well for the follow-through phone calls and scheduling.

I have used Climate Control for 20 years. My outside Air Conditioning unit gave out right after Hurricane Katrina in 2005. I was ready to get the inside part and heater also, but they told me those units were working fine and didn't need to be replaced. They continued to maintain the old units for another 4 years and then put the new ones in.

They do twice a year maintenance and are fantastic. For the last several years James has done all the maintenance and he is fantastic!!! In addition to the great work, he is very personable. Also, Amy Jo in the office is wonderful!!! She makes sure everything is handled and is also very personable.
