“Courtney came & checked my bait system & explained what he did. He was so very kind even picked up my garbage can from the street. You can send him again when my system is due for another check up in April 2017. Thank you for always being so kind, your entire group. Mary Schulte”
“Like other reviewers have experienced, when I called Ryan, he made a same day appearance at our house to determine what was causing a delicate knocking sound in our front wall. Due to its location, he suspected an errant possum. He diligently manned a possum trap for ten days and did capture and relocate one possum suspect. But the largely nocturnal scratching and knocking sounds persisted. Then, suspecting rat (or rats), he changed his tactics and within 24-48 hours of the new strategy, all was serenely quiet. Ryan was calm and unflappable through the process, virtually guaranteeing success for a set price that seemed reasonable, considering what was happening. He then gave us an estimate to seal up a likely access hole under the house, which also seemed reasonable. I'd recommend this company to anyone who suspects their house of harboring wildlife or pests. Even in New Orleans, it is not necessarily ghosts knocking on your walls.”
“Rusty is very thorough, very kind, and Very professional. He is part of the reason I continue to pay Mosquito Joe.”
