She responded quickly and put up with me having to negotiate with my landlord (who had another service they preferred but which was not using effective chemicals) to use her, involving me scheduling, then cancelling, then rescheduling her to visit my ground-floor apartment. I can't recommend her enough. My apartment had opossums or some sort of flea-source underneath the building. I had fleas coming up through the floorboards. Whereas the previous service sprayed generously, the fleas stayed strong. When Torrie came, the fleas vanished. Torrie does two services, all covered under one price. Note: you will need to leave your home for four hours following her visit (at least this was the case with my treatment). Torrie sprayed both in my apartment and underneath. She is kind, friendly, informative and she gets the job done! She deserves your business where others in her profession may mean well but aren't delivering.
