We have been using Bug Smashers for pest/termite control for over 12years now. The first time we used them is when we moved into our new house uptown and noticed termite damage and an active infestation. Mr. August and his crew came out and fixed the issue. Haven't had a single termite since then. I'm really surprised by the negative reviews. I refer them to family and friends all of the time. No one ever has complaints.

I called on a Friday to request an estimate for termite treatment. They sent someone to my house Monday morning. Alfred was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He quoted me a great price and we set up an appointment for the very next morning. The team that came out was prompt, professional, and tidy. It's taken me a few months to find an affordable pest control company, and Bug Smashers did not disappoint. I look forward to working with them in the years to come.
