When I moved to Covington I decided to go with the cheaper option (Billiot Pest Control). This was a HUGE mistake. Because of the drought last summer the fire ants were incredibly active and were somehow getting into our home. I found fire ants in my toddlers bedroom, in our living room and in our kitchen. I would come home after a long day at work and there would be hundreds of them crawling around the house. Billiot came out to address the issues 3x and was never able to solve it. The ants always came back. When I hired J&J, they did one service and the ants NEVER came back. I could tell they were using completely different equipment to address the problem with these ants. Plus, my technician Harold is a kind, honest and all around wonderful man. I can tell he always goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy with the service. They may be a little more expensive but it is absolutely worth the peace of mind that comes with having a pest free home!“
