“I want to give a HUGE thank you to my technician, Craig!
I met him today when he came out for his second visit to treat my yard for a bad flea infestation at my new rental. I wasn’t home during the first treatment, but thanks to his work, I was almost completely flea-free afterward.
Craig provided exceptional customer service—he was polite, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything clearly and gave me helpful tips on what to do between treatments.
I truly appreciate his dedication and expertise. I will definitely be requesting Craig for any future services. Terminix is lucky to have him—he sets a great example, and new hires should absolutely be trained by him!
Thanks again, Craig—you’re an outstanding technician!”

“Paul with J&J came to our home to do the initial termite control. He was very very through with a great deal of knowledge about termite and pest control.
He did not miss an inch of our home during his time with us. He explained every detail about what he was looking for and what the treatment plan entailed. You can tell that he loves what he does and likes to share his knowledge with others.
I cannot say enough other than we are glad we picked J & J for our termite control and prevention. Having Paul do the initial treatment proved to us we made the right decision.
Paul is definitely an asset to J & J Exterminating Company.”
