Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season.She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. She specializes in color and hair extensions and understands the damage that goes alongside the above treatments.On the day of my booking she was prompt and efficient and upfront with pricing. I have thin curly hair that immediately frizzes with a touch of humidity (not ideal living in New Orleans) and after K18 my hair was radiant and voluminous. After doing a big chop, I didn't really know how to take care of my hair and neglected it as it was short and low maintence. With my hair growing out and me not knowing what to do, she guided me through the process and was so helpful and caring throughout. My hair truly has never felt better.
