Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season.She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. She specializes in color and hair extensions and understands the damage that goes alongside the above treatments.On the day of my booking she was prompt and efficient and upfront with pricing. I have thin curly hair that immediately frizzes with a touch of humidity (not ideal living in New Orleans) and after K18 my hair was radiant and voluminous. “I cannot express my happiness Virgo Beauty helped me achieve for my wedding day. My bridesmaids and I were booked with Ashley for our hair, and she was the absolute best. I don’t want to share her personal business, but it can attest to how great she was. Ashley had a family emergency, and still managed to show up and do all of our hair to the tee. I express my utmost gratitude for that gesture, I would like to also say how appreciative I am of the owner Baylee. My hair trial was with someone else, and I expressed my concerns with her, to which she immediately rectified the situation. She then booked me with Ashley, who again was great. Our hair lasted all night long, despite the heavy partying, and we came out beautiful in all the pictures. I would highly recommend booking this studio, for their integrity and quality of service.
