I cannot recommend Jewel at Mariposa Salon & Spa enough! She did my wedding hair and makeup, and the entire experience was absolutely wonderful from start to finish.
Jewel is professional to a T, incredibly talented, and made me feel completely at ease on such an important day. She listened to exactly what I wanted, paid attention to every detail, and created a look that was elegant, beautiful, and lasted throughout the entire celebration.
Not only is her work amazing, but she is also kind, organized, and a joy to spend time with while getting ready. She truly helped make my wedding day feel extra special.

I was in town for a weekend and took a chance on Mariposa Salon for my hair and makeup and WOW!!!! Shanna and Jewel were the best, very friendly, and delivered an amazing product. If I am ever in NOLA again, I will be going back to Mariposa!
I absolutely adore this salon! Everyone here is incredibly friendly and their hair transformation skills are top-notch. Every client I’ve seen has left with hair that looks amazing. My stylist, Samantha, has been a game-changer for me. She’s truly amazing!
