Even before my booking she provided me with tons of information about the product and was very quick with her response despite it being deep Mardi Gras season.She really has a passion for hair and her customer service and professionalism went above and beyond what I expected. She specializes in color and hair extensions and understands the damage that goes alongside the above treatments.On the day of my booking she was prompt and efficient and upfront with pricing. I have thin curly hair that immediately frizzes with a touch of humidity (not ideal living in New Orleans) and after K18 my hair was radiant and voluminous. My sew-in had grown out significantly, especially in the back, and my hair was blonde with brown roots. It was showing really bad, so I called Amber Nicole hair, and she let me know that I could come in the following day in the morning because I did call late right before closing, and she got me together. She figured it out and got me together quickly, and I was able to go to the next state before going home. I am super grateful for her very professional, and was willing to figure out a way to help me. I'm very happy and I would highly recommend“

Within 1.5 hours the receptionist had a cancellation and called me! I had the best experience here! “My 9 year old daughter was visiting New Orleans for a couple of days before her cruise. I wanted to line something up for her to get her hair braided so my sister didn’t have to worry or spend time doing her hair on vacation. I reached out to NOLABraider just a few days prior to see if they could get her in. Not only were they responsive but also very accommodating. I was put in contact with Ja’Von to line something up and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the results. She did an amazing job with the style and with my daughter. This was the first time my daughter hasn’t complained about having her hair braided. She not only loves her hair but loved that it didn’t hurt!! If we lived closer, Ja’Von would be our regular go to.
