“Best experience I’ve ever had, and I have been to a lot of nail salons throughout the country. The nail tech was very efficient, professional, skilled, and I had the best time talking to her. My nails look fantastic! Seriously, the best they have ever looked! Wish I took a before picture to show what she was working with! The nail salon is very clean!As a side note, it’s appointment only. Personally, I like that policy because it limits the number of customers in the salon and makes the experience more enjoyable.“

“EVERY single time I’ve been to this salon, I’ve always felt super welcomed & gotten the queen treatment for sure. Everyone is always all smiles, super friendly, sweet and accommodating. The atmosphere is super bright as well so if you’re having a bad day & walk inside, you’ll definitely be in better spirits and I love that. Thats why I’ve continued to come back because the customer service is unmatched. I’ve never been anywhere w/this level of service.BUT I have to say every single time I’ve been, I’ve had an issue. First time, my nails started to look really bad after only two days. Second, I couldn’t get my nails how I wanted them because the tech said she didn’t have time & all I wanted was a French tip. Third, my nails were really discolored and odd looking after only ONE day. Fourth, I set a morning appointment and I got a text from the stylist saying my appointment had to be changed to an evening appointment because of scheduling issues. I’m so sad to not be able to give this salon 5 stars because all the service providers I’ve encountered are truly the sweetest service providers I’ve ever worked with but I just can’t look pass these issues.“

“Felt very obligated to leave this review because I don't think my engagement photos would have turned out even half as great without Kim encouraging me and leaving me with an amazing Blow Out.I was in town visiting and also getting my engagement photos done when I woke up the last day, right before our shoot, with food poisoning. I was just trying to make it the best I could even though I felt horrid. Upon walking in for my appt, Kim could tell I wasn't feeling 100% and immediately started offering suggestions or remedies to help. Since I was the only one in the salon, she even put the A/C on blast for me and brought me a hand fan and tried to make me feel as comfortable as possible throughout the entire service. Close to finishing with my hair, I said something like "I can do this" and Kim was just so sweet and said some of the most encouraging words to give me the final push of energy I needed. My hair looked amazing even if I didn't feel that way and even as I was walking out the door, she told me one more time "You got this. It's only one hour and the photos are going to turn out amazing!"Kim, how right you were! Without her (and my photographer who was equally as patient and kind) I really don't think I would have had the strength to make it through the day let alone the shoot and it just goes to show...you can be good at your job but kindness and compassion can go so much farther.Thank you so much to Buff Beauty Bar and my girl Kim.
