“I like leave a postive review and thank you. Thank you for fixing my hair and making it look better and not charging me for coming back later. I didn't know policy is you leaving you normally have to pay for new hair style. But both ladies you were kind, patient and didn't charge me more. I was at first sort feel so-so and more looked the worst I felt. Pay for my hair cut but came back same day see if they could fix it. thank you both ladies for fixing it and thanks again for being kind. I appreciate so much. Although I don't get my haircut often I will return to JCPenney hair salon because your awesome service. I am very happier with the new style. Thank you Thank”
