“I parked about 10 minutes prior to opening. I tried the door at about 8:05, and it was still locked. A lady let me in the back door. I then waited about 25-30 minutes because they said their front desk person wasn’t there yet. They finally checked me in by calling another location or something similar. Didn’t take too long to get seen or helped once in the back, though. Staff was friendly enough.“

“Dr. Ballay and his staff are extremely kind and competent. They answered all of my questions and when my local pharmacy could not fill my prescription after 8 days I called his office and explained the situation. I was put on hold for less than a minute and when she came back on and told me which pharmacy had my prescription in stock and advised me that they could switch my prescription to the new pharmacy which they did for me. My prescription was ready in less than an hour and I immediately picked it up. BEST assistance EVER! I highly recommend them!!!!“

“Excellent experience. A little wait, which is to be expected of a walk-in clinic, but it wasn’t bad at all. From reception to nurse to MD I received better care than from and GP. Dr. Nguyen is very cool and prescribed me a combination of medications that gave me immediate relief from respiratory symptoms I’d been suffering for months that got severe with a recent cold. 10/10“

“In the past they have been my go to urgent care. But after the last two weeks,I'm not so sure. The receptionist are horrible and uncaring. I'm sicker because of them . Long story. The second doctor I saw finally did something. If I had her the first time I might not still be sick.“

Very cordial and gave the impression they cared. 3 stars for the Nurse Practitioner Ms Jinger Roy actually thoroughly examining me. 4 stars for her ordering a chest X Ray.😳 really wow! And the most important part of all, 5 stars because she listened to me and allowed me to have input in my health care. This is a great urgent care folks. And it was on an early Sunday morning.“
