I have consistently gotten excellent care from Dr. Nguyen and all members of the team.Additionally and importantly, I've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen when I've dropped in or more than 10 when I've had an appointment. Once, the wait in the back was longer than ideal, but I don't think that it's ever taken me more than an hour to check-in, get seen, and get the care I need.This is my absolute go-to when I don't need to be on the East Bank for work.

Good morning folks. While we were in route looking for Urgent care assistance, Google sent us here because the other locations on the Westbank were closed. Totally ridiculous that there are so many, but most are closed on a Saturday. ????????????.Anyway, we came to this location and the first thing was said was," we don't take Medicare." The way it was said was snooty and dismmissive.What happened here was he was judged by his appearance. That is one thing that you don't do. Since you're screening who you help,then maybe you need to close.I would not recommend this place for anyone to get health-care because the atmosphere here is of biases. I really love this urgent care and never had a bad experience until today. I went in for a tattoo infection & the nurse practitioners were so unprofessional- telling other nurses about how bad it looked where i can hear and letting others in to just tell me ‘WOW thats bad’. I was really embarrassed and frustrated. Hopefully that was only a one time thing.
