Patients consistently receive excellent care from the team, including Dr. Nguyen, and they are often seen promptly, with wait times typically under 20 minutes for drop-ins and 10 minutes for appointments. The staff is described as very nice, patient, and helpful, with Kaylee and MJ, the X-Ray Technician, going above and beyond to ensure patients feel comfortable. Expressway Urgent Care is highly recommended, especially for out-of-town visitors, as it provides quick, easy, and personalized service.
I have consistently gotten excellent care from Dr. Nguyen and all members of the team.Additionally and importantly, I've never waited more than 20 minutes to be seen when I've dropped in or more than 10 when I've had an appointment. Once, the wait in the back was longer than ideal, but I don't think that it's ever taken me more than an hour to check-in, get seen, and get the care I need.This is my absolute go-to when I don't need to be on the East Bank for work.
The staff is very nice, patient,and helpful. I recommend 10/10. Especially MJ she goes over and beyond to make patients feel happy and comfortable.
Expect to be here for an hour or two or three...?♀️
