This LCMC Urgent Care is a very respected friendly, service facility. I felt the love of concern for my health upon entering the door. The staff is highly qualified, knowledgeable and professional. Also the front lobby and the whole building is very clean.If ever in near future I need to see a doctor this will be my first choice for health care treatment.
Prompt, professional, courteous, clean, attentive. BUT way overpriced and prices on my explanations of benefits are so high I believe they are fraudulent. Then the difference in what my insurance pays and what LCMC says services cost are not included towards my deductible. But I will have to take that up with my insurance company. It is unfortunate the billing is so ruthless and high because they provide a high quality service. But even if it gets voted the best in the world, the prices on the EOB are absurdly inflated.
I'm so glad that I was able to find a fast paced urgent care! They were very polite and professional with my needs. MY provider, Ms. Jessica Doucette , was so attentive to my needs and concerns! Thank you so much...I will be returning again!
