What started out as a rough experience, ended well with a very caring medical staff. I called before arriving to check the wait. They said there were 7 people ahead of me and it would be about an hour and a half wait. I was wheezing, lethargic, running fever and felt like I could not stand up. This must have put the receptionist off because she was very cold and rude, though I witnessed her being sweet as can be to the woman in front of me. I called the call center after a few hours and they said there were six people in front of me. This place is trash tbh, I'm not joking when I say this, u will be better going to a witch Dr in the French quarter. This place sucks, u pretty much pay 150.00 just to get a script of antibiotics for some unknown ailment that you think you have then afterwards pray to God they work, the nurse practitioner ( AKA ) useless quack will see u for less then 5 mins after waiting 1 hr and give u zero information then tell u that u better goto the ER, total waste and a joke, no care and staff has an attitude problem, screw this place. Typical oscher garbage what else would you expect from that parasite corporation of death.

I would not recommend this location. The hours on google are not typically accurate, and being this one of it not the only urgent care in River Ridge, it’s a headache for parents to drive to your location if you aren’t open.In addition, I showed up tonight at 7:25pm and their closing time is 8p. No patients were in the waiting room and my sick wife with a 102 deg fever was turned away by the receptionist and she didn’t even attempt to check if a doctor could see her.I would strongly urge everyone to not come to this location.
