The staff makes patients feel comfortable and relaxed in all circumstances, always professional, kind, and sincerely caring. For those needing a hip replacement, Dr. Ryan Charles at the Outpatient Facility Westbank is highly recommended. Every individual encountered had a smile, was respectful and caring, making the experience impressive. Patients have reported feeling treated with dignity and respect, and having painless procedures performed by skilled doctors. The technician for mammograms was wonderful and very attentive, explaining everything. While some staff members may have areas for improvement, such as bedside manner, the overall experience is positive. Some patients have had mixed experiences with certain doctors, citing unhelpful diagnoses.

Had a total hip replacement on 12/4/24 thru the Outpatient Facility Westbank with Dr Ryan Charles. Every individual that I dealt with had a smile, were respectful and caring. So impressed with my experience. Would also highly recommend Dr. Charles for your hip surgery. My recovery has been amazing. Thank you to every individual at the Outpatient facility that helped me thru this scary time. I was nervous but your staff put me at ease.
