Went in on Tuesday saw Erskine Hawkins who walked in. Didn’t say his name much less anything else and was rather gruff and annoyed to be there. He then told me the pilonidal cyst on my back was just cellulitis and didn’t need to be drained after he looked at the infected area for all of 5 seconds. After asking if he was sure as I’ve had this several time since I was 15 and never had one not be drained before, I woke up at 4am that night, legs and back soaked with pus and blood. had to go to the ER and was nearly septic with a fever of 102.5 If he’s in don’t go and malpractice is something I see in the future

I really liked this place! They listened to my concerns and addressed them. One ear was blocked and they flushed both out. The nurse that did it was so sweet (wish I would’ve gotten her name) the doctor didn’t make me feel rushed and the triage nurse was so friendly!!!I left with an ent referral!

the worst medical visit, i went with fever and feeling as bad as i had ever felt in my life and they told me it was flu but they could not give me medicine they just prescribed me an antiallergic and that i could go back to work the next day, after i left the sickness was worse and worse i had never felt so bad, first time i got the flu and i did not know it could feel so bad. how is it possible that they are not going to send me rest knowing that the flu is so horrible, I can't even talk I have no voice to communicate and they said I could go to work without giving me a rest!
