“Robert is fantastic. Very kind, knowledgeable, and has fair prices. This has become my go to shop from now on. My old glasses broke and he took the time to cut the lenses down to fit one of his frames he had in shop for a very reasonable price. The new frames broke today and I showed him and he swapped them out instantly with no cost or paperwork. If you buy glasses from him he’ll waive the eye exam fee (assuming this is all the time and not a special promo). Thanks Robert!“

“I know others may say they have the best optometrist but unless they say Dr. Michelle Korcz and staff at Bright Eyes Optique they are wrong.

Dr. Michelle is simply the best! Thorough, patient, knowledgeable. I know my eyes are in the best of hands under her care. My contact and lens prescriptions are outstanding! Dr. Michelle manages to give me the sharpest vision possible.

You can stop reading now and just make your appointment - you’ll understand as soon as you’ve been.The office is well appointed and conveniently located, and costs are extremely reasonable. The staff are all friendly and knowledgeable, going so far as to check in when (due to my previous optometrist’s ongoing bungling) my insurance would cover the appointment but not getting new glasses or contacts. That level of responsible customer care is above and beyond, and it informed the entire experience.The exam is easy, thorough, and fast, with updated systems arranged to keep you (even as a very big and tall human like myself, comfortable the entire time. The doctors have a truly exceptional bedside (chair-side?) manner, and are attentive and well versed in a genuinely shocking array of potential complicating factors and legitimately rare conditions that many other doctors are uninformed on, at best. She met with me on Mother's Day. Then, she even called as a follow up to see how I was feeling and gave me her cell phone number for an emergency. “I can see people in the reviews upset about telehealth vision exams and wait times and understand that, but have to say, I don’t think I’ve had an optometry appointment with such nice, patient, and polite techs/staff. This practice must keep Mel at all costs, might be the nicest person I’ve met all week. Please get her some help as I think everyone wants her to keep spending the same time and attention with people as she has been.“
