I cannot put into words how patient and kind Brandi was when I brought in a pair of glasses to get them adjusted properly for my face. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. Because I was ready to throw away a new pair of glasses that I purchased from somewhere else. She's awesome! She has made me a customer for life!
Brandi was absolutely amazing today! I’m traveling and my glasses frames became crooked, which was super frustrating. I stopped in hoping for a quick fix, and she took care of it right away with such professionalism and kindness. She adjusted them perfectly, and now they feel brand new again.
