Thank you to Dr. Brignac and staff for getting through what may be the worst part of 2026 and beyond - saying good bye to my good girl on 2/4/26. I recommend River Road Veterinary to anyone who has a pet they love and care for. This place shows the same love and compassion to your pet and you. Reasonably priced but your can't put a price on the care of your fur baby. It may be a while to heal from losing my Zoe but I'll be fine. I will always be greatful to River Road Veterinary.“

“We went today and had to say goodbye to our dear elderly cat. It was one of the worst days of my life, but I found solace in the amazing humans there. Everyone was unbelievably kind, from the receptionist to the nurse to the doctor and especially the manager (thank you, from the bottom of my heart). They all made sure my dear girl felt the warmth and love of not just her family, but everyone she came into contact with on her final day. I lost my best friend, but it was moving to see so many great humans rallying to help, even though we were completely new and they never met us before. It restored some hope on a very dark day. Thank you Ark. May all furry friends feel the love and compassion my girl did on their last day.“

“My husband and I are VERY protective of our 3 dogs and barely trust anyone to take care of them. We started boarding our dogs at Camp Bow Wow by the airport in 2024 and have worried less and less with each visit. The staff knows our dogs’ quirks and remembers them by name. One of our dogs has epilepsy; another one of our dogs is very anxious after a history of abuse (before we rescued him). They show each of our dogs the care and attention that they need and want. “What a WONDERFUL experience I had with my baby. That was even with a setback. I had my dog spaded at this facility by Dr. Jack Ferro. The staff was so very nice in every way possible. But the doctor was superb as well. Very professional and extreme bedside manner. My poor dog developed an infection and Dr. Jack was just amazing. I was so very upset when she developed an infection. “Danielle, the owner is wonderful with my dogs. This is a free roam establishment and the dogs are not caged. At my previous groomer, my dogs were always very nervous as soon as they realized where we were. They are much more relaxed now.“

“Dr. McKenna does an amazing job with all of my fur babies. You can tell he genuinely cares about animals. Kind, patient and friendly. Recently I had two of my (indoor only) cats get sick and he had them feeling and looking better in just a day or two. My dog also needed surgery and he did an amazing job with that. I would highly recommend Dr. McKenna to anyone with fur babies.“
