“We brought my 2-year-old son to this urgent care last night for what looked like a pretty nasty bug bite on his ear, and I cannot say enough good things about the care we received. From the moment we walked in, everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive.

We were greeted promptly at the front desk, and they even gave my son coloring sheets to help keep him entertained while we waited, which I really appreciated. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful. The doctor’s assistant was so patient and calm, which helped my son stay calm too.

What stood out to me most was how genuinely caring the provider was. Amanda, PA-C, not only listened carefully to all of my concerns as a parent, but she also took the time to listen to my 2-year-old explain what he thought happened to his ear. That level of kindness, patience, and bedside manner is hard to find these days, and it truly meant a lot to me.

This was my first time ever having to bring my son to urgent care, and while I know it probably won’t be the last as he grows up, I’m so grateful to know there is a team like this one I can count on. A huge thank you to Amanda (PA-C), Renee (Registration), Sheniqua (Medical Assistant), and Heather (Tech) for making what could have been a stressful visit such a positive experience.“
