Great experience here! Office was very clean.. the staff were all very lovely .. I didn’t wait long at all. It was so easy to schedule the appointment online. Almost seen immediately when I arrived. Dr. Kevin Ricks was very professional and kind. He made my son feel at ease and comfortable.. I will definitely return. :-)

The PA there, Amanda, was great and efficient. My complaint: the obnoxiously loud music in the exam room. It was coming from the speakers on the ceiling so it wasn’t a patient playing music. It was the urgent care. I literally do not feel like listening to the 101.9 radio station play the “celebrate good times” and “girls just wanna have fun” on full blast while I’m waiting over an hour to get my ear infection checked out. It’s just annoying lol.

Went so they could check out something......they did the minimal....did receive my copay....wait way too long.... will try new avenue before I go again.... couldn't see Dr.....so you're supposed to go to urgent care.....what could have turned septic....was treated like a diseased animal.Update.....a manager reached out and listened and advised me if what I could do better next time. Thanks!
