Torrie is fantastic! She responded quickly and put up with me having to negotiate with my landlord (who had another service they preferred but which was not using effective chemicals) to use her, involving me scheduling, then cancelling, then rescheduling her to visit my ground-floor apartment. I can't recommend her enough. My apartment had opossums or some sort of flea-source underneath the building. I had fleas coming up through the floorboards. Torrie is very responsive. We had a nutria rat, possum, and bug issue. She responded less than 24 hours. She came within a few days and assessed the issues. Basically, we needed to have an enclosure around our porch and storage house. Also, she sprayed around the house to eliminate the bugs which eliminated the lizards. By the next week, I was nutri rat free!!!!Not only is she professional and thorough, she is a genuinely good person. The whole family including the puppy adore her.Services: Rodent extermination
