Awsome experience with ja-roy, Jeremy the technician did an awsome job, very knowledgeable and thorough and on time seemed to go above and beyond. I would definitely recommend them for termite and pest control.

Just started using this company we started seeing German roaches after I allowed someone to bring clothing bags here to wash clothes. They were a little more expensive than other quotes I got from other local companies, however I liked the plan they told me they were going to put in place to exterminate them. Which was much more extensive than what another company said they would do for cheaper. The other company had only planned to use a bait gel and spray, and said that if after a week and a half I was still seeing them to call and they’d come back out. I inherited Ja-Roy from the previous owner and generally didn't have any issues with service for termites or general pest control. Service technicians were always decent and I never had any ghost appointments or no-shows. My issue is when I called to request a WDIR inspection for a property sale and was told they couldn't provide that service to me. The person on the line also said they wouldn't provide any information for another company who could provide the service as they didn't want to recommend a competitor. I found this concerning and don't know if it's a policy they always had or a new policy due to their new owners.
