I had an amazing experience with Sam at Acadian Massage Therapy! From the start, she was so kind and took the time to ask about my preferences, target areas, and what I was hoping to get out of the massage.

I deal with sciatic nerve pain, and before we started, Sam was very upfront that she couldn’t “cure” it, but said her goal was to hopefully lower my pain by at least 2 points on a 10-point scale. She went well above my expectations! I left feeling so much more relaxed and with noticeable relief from the pain and discomfort I had been experiencing.

I have visited a variety of massage therapists over the last two decades of my life, maybe 5-7 different ones—some consistently, some just once in a while. Mandy is by far the most talented masseuse I’ve ever received a massage from. I received a 90 minute Deep Tissue Lite/Hybrid massage. She had a gentle but very thorough and effective touch and techniques to target my problems areas. She is also very friendly and professional. I felt entirely at ease being in her care. I won’t be going to any other masseuse, as long as I live in the Baton Rouge area. I highly recommend her expertise.

Mandy is my go-to. Shes an expert at deep tissue massage. After my first triathlon, I could not walk for days due to not being able to straighten out my leg. After visiting Mandy, I was able to walk again and straighten my leg out.
