“After dealing with 2 HVAC contractors for a whole month trying to replace an evap coil, one was assigned to us through a home warranty, who doesn’t want to talk to us until we “accept” the quote (just wanted to talk to someone to explain the quote). The other wouldn’t even return our calls to give a quote after promised the next day. It was a nightmare to say the least.
