“This company put my Generac generator in 5 years ago. Since then, I had called them 4 times with issues / questions. Not one time did they call me back. Taking my business elsewhere.After receiving PowerBax's response below, I accept their explanation and will use them in the future. Technical issues do occur in this world.“
