“Called Cincinnati Closets to quote our job before we even closed on our new home. The owner came out the day we closed (at our convenience) and gave us a competitive quote. He said they could be out to install in 2-3 weeks, the quickest turnaround we were quoted. They actually came out 5 days later because another job was postponed by a paint project. Owner came out with another gentleman (his installer) at 7:30am and they were out by 10am. I was able to get to work on a day I expected to take off. “Jeff and his team were fantastic to work with-they did a full remodel of our first floor in an old (1900) house. They removed a load bearing wall, installed a steam beam and did all the finishes. They were also great at trouble shooting and problem solving. They made great recommendations to enhance the architect design including how we could add skylights, remove plaster to add insulation and create deep window sills. Andy came out to meet with me on site to look at the currently layout and discuss what I was requesting. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair bid with details listed out for the work to be completed. Once I signed the proposal, I was given a start date within reasonable timing. The workers that were at my house working were respectful and kind, the company in whole did great work on both my kitchen and bathroom. I now have a kitchen with new cabinets, floors, appliances, and more space. I also have a second bathroom that is fully functional and stylish. I would recommend them to family and friends.
