Phillip resurfaced our concrete porch; removed and rebuilt our old concrete steps, and removed our old iron railing, repaired, repainted and reinstalled them. The area looks so much better...new and refreshed. The railing is secure, no more rusted, wobbly railing. He is a very good communicator keeping you apprised of his daily progress. He is an early arriver and a very hard worker, very diligent.
Five stars through and through! Phillip basically began the job before we were even finished shaking hands and had agreed on the quote. Did everything he stated he would and shared some knowledge for the future. Finished the job in three days, including the touch up afterwards. Sincerely appreciate the job he did.
Phil and his coworker worked above and beyond to make sure the job at my house wasn't just done - but done right. Replaced sidewalk and chipping and cracks along side of house at foundation. Improved downspout gutter flow. They literally used their hands to push the concrete into the cracks and then smooth it out. The job was completed quickly and on time. We will use Phil again next year to do our driveway. Thanks Irishman. We'll done.
