“I recently had Chadwell come out to perform Aeroseal duct sealing on my HVAC system, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial inspection through the final walkthrough, the team was professional, courteous, and clearly knew what they were doing.

Before the service, the airflow from my vents was noticeably weak throughout the house. The crew started with a thorough inspection of the ductwork, checked for any larger breaks, and ran a diagnostic to measure the baseline duct leakage. They carefully protected the HVAC components and sealed off all the registers before injecting the Aeroseal mist to seal the ducts from the inside out, monitoring the whole process on their equipment until the leakage dropped to where it needed to be.

Once finished, they cleaned everything up, patched the injection point, and ran a final test to show the before-and-after leakage numbers — the improvement was significant. The difference in airflow is like night and day; air is now coming out of every vent strong and consistent, which it definitely wasn't before.

Beyond the technical work, what really stood out was how courteous and respectful the staff was from the first phone call to the final handshake. It's clear they take pride in doing the job right and explaining what they're doing along the way.

“A backed-up sewer line on a Sunday morning is usually a disaster. I phoned Vessels @ 8:45 am expecting to get an answering machine but to my surprise the on-call administrator (Deleah) answered the phone and by noon a plumber was at the condo working to open the line. He was able to open the line but suspicious of other issues. A camera survey of the line was scheduled which demonstrated major issues in the old sewer line. After reviewing options with the Vessels representatives all parties agreed the best long-term solution was to replace the line which was under the concrete basement floor. A three-day job! Techs Chris, Justin and Josh arrived as scheduled each day, kept me advised of the progress each day and at the end of day three the sewer line had been replaced and new concrete in place. A beautiful job. They were a pleasure to work with! Give Vessels a try. Professional work at a fair price and amazing people to work with.
