“Everyone I interacted with at Upside was friendly and professional. They were able to send someone out to examine my roof very quickly and they did the repair work that same day. The only reason why I'm not leaving a 5-star review is because the repair didn't fully solve our issue. The person who did the repairs was honest and told me that that could be the case, so I don't hold it against them. It was great working with Upside I'll definitely call them again if we have more issues with the roof.“
