The company staff was very professional, answered all my questions and very courteous. Cameron was very thorough and took his time to explain to me the type of repair needed. The roofers let me know when they would be here and they were very timely. Very polite and at the end of the job asked if I had any questions. Sent pictures of before and after. Super experience!
The crew did a great job on my roof installation. Taylor answered my questions on the spot and followed up with management to address one concern that I had. I did not get his name but the latino man that helped manage the crew made sure everyone was efficient. Another crew member I believe named Sal deserves a bonus for moving practically every bundle of shingles that went up on the roof.
Guys did a great job that did the work on our roof! Professional, timely, and provided pictures during the process which was so helpful. The only downside was they had said they were booked out 2-3weeks and when I called to follow up a week later because we still had water intrusion into our home during heavy storms, they immediately put me on the schedule and said they had the whole week open (makes me wonder had I not called would I still be waiting). Overall, I would still recommend as work was done very well and we have no more water!
