The ceiling continued to darken. Oldham County roofing was highly recommended so I called them. The owner came by and diagnosed that it was probably not a leak but condensation. I asked him if he could check it out. Today they came out and replaced the roof cap and took photos of the roof below. It was in good shape but the decking was so tight it didn't allow for air. They opened it up and did some roof servicing. The crew was professional, informative and inspired confidence. The quote was so reasonable.I'm very pleased. They will be my first to call when the top of my home needs maintenance.“
