Communication from Origin was timely and effective. Initial roof inspection was thorough, including a report detailing the hail damage to submit to our insurance company. We met to discuss all options including new shingle selection, then work was scheduled quickly. The roof replacement was done efficiently - one long day for the work plus 1/2-day for cleanup. Preston was here that same day to do a final inspection. Origin is very organized, and we could not have asked for a better experience.

I was originally turned down for coverage as Allstate said I had termite damage and also the water damage I have was over time. Blaine Stubbs who came out to give me a quote for repair was able to prove that I had hail damage a year ago on my siding. After sending away a piece of the siding for testing and submission of the results to Allstate they agreed to payout. Additionally Blaine confirmed that there measurements were short and so I was awarded additional money for the repair. Blaine went above and beyond and without his help I would have had to find the money myself for the repair.
