“The roof of our home was damaged after a large tree limb fell during recent storm. Repair of the damaged area was required. I was referred to Tom C. of Guaranteed Total Construction by ******** *********. Tom responded quickly to my call and inspected the damage. After several conversations with ******** regarding the claim, GTC was quick to repair the damaged area and provide a good match of the existing shingles. Very timely and professional. “I have known and worked with this company for over 35 yrs......they have installed two roofs for me and replaced the screws on my garage roof......I can't recommend them more.....they do first class work, clean the job site before they leave. One other review says, "that this company only added a flimsy brace on top of rotted wood." One flimsy brace would NOT make the whole roof wavy. I am a retired, career carpenter, so I know what I speak about........the problem is this person has 1/2" plywood on 24" center rafter/trusses......“

“This is my second time using Powell's Pressure washing. They took care of my house last summer and now a New Car Lot we are opening. They washed the building to get it ready to paint and did an amazing job. They also pressure washed the parking lot so we can Re-Seal Coat it. They removed a huge amount of small gravel and dirt. “Classic Metal Roofing Systems of Kentuckiana did an outstanding job replacing my shingle roof with a Standing Seam metal roof. My roof was 20 years old and needed to be replaced. I also self-installed solar panels a few years ago and wanted to add ten more, and doing so on a Standing Seam roof was so much easier than the headache of working with asphalt shingles. But I digress..This organization was top notch from the time I contacted the owner all the way through completion. They set up an in-home estimate and walked me through every step of the process from selecting a great color to providing a bank that handled the financing piece. I believe this was their first time working with a homeowner with Solar Panels, and while they didn’t remove/install my panels they did a great job of installing a through-roof junction box that my system needed. But wait, there’s more.They were a combination of professional, courteous, and just plain fast. After the metal roof panels were cut to fit my roof and delivered, it only took a few days for them to remove the old roof and put the new one up. And in what I’m calling, “Going a serious extra mile”. I ended up biting more than I could chew with respect to my new Solar Panels, and after I told the project manager that I was having trouble getting my new batch of Solar Panels on my roof because they were about 20 pounds heavier and 20 inches longer than my original batch, he offered to help me, and we knocked out getting them on the roof and hooked up in about 1.5 hours.I’m extremely happy with my new roof. It looks GREAT. Classic Metal Roofing of Kentuckiana did a fantastic job. There aren’t enough rating “Stars” to indicate how well they did.
