The part that really stood out was how much he helped with the insurance process. There was quite a bit of back-and-forth, and Travis handled it professionally and stayed on top of everything, which took a lot of stress off of us. Travis even received a rave review from my insurance adjuster, which is a huge compliment.

Once everything was approved, the install itself was incredibly efficient, they completed the entire roof in one day, and the cleanup was spotless. They covered everything prior to installation and cleaned up everything when finished. You honestly wouldn’t have known they were there except for the brand new roof.

Communication was clear throughout, Travis offered excellent recommendations and followed through on everything, including warranty registration with Owens Corning.
