Best experience ever, especially knowing, I am a difficult case medically with some special medical and previous optical surgeries. Dr. Michelle Howell was fantastic, she easily handled all of my complicated preexisting conditions along giving great options moving forward to give me better outcomes. Being a new patient with some rarer optical issues, I was amazed how fully informed, up to date she was in the newest information, ways to identify, treating and looking for other possible specific secondary things that may later develop along the way with my issues. She jumped right in explaining more than many of my other medical doctors did or could about how it affected my optical issues. It made me confident I was at the right place now… and in the future for me and my eyes. It was a good feeling, enjoying the professionalism and the confidence, knowing that I would have the best care possible.

Along, with the her genuine likability, friendliness, compassion you receive the same with the rest of her staff, Chris and Tonya (spelling?). They will work with you to make sure you get the right opticals to go with your prescription with proper fit with an ultimate goal of style and function that will work best for you the individual! They are so adept with helping you choose eyeglasses without trying to sell you up with a frame that’s higher in price. If they think you look better in a lower price pair, their honesty is genuine, they will let you know. You will observe they really mean it when you put the right pair on, you can see the lightened up expression in their eyes. They’re really there to make you look best, you can feel and tell the natural difference, (especially if you’ve ever shopped elsewhere)as you try on each pair of frames, they may respond “it doesn’t work well”, even if it’s a $400 pair of frame. And, there’s “that’s the one”, when you put on that $129 pair, you’re also seeing it in their eyes along with grind in their faces. There are no sales pressures, leaving you completely aware it’s your choice to do you what you prefer, signaling they’re there to lend their expertise, trying to help you find a favorite. That’s what I want! And, Chris and Tonya do it for me (and you), just like a family member who may help shopping for that special outfit for an event. Their philosophy and goals are to make you feel good about yourself! Just as I did when I left today! Bottom line, I felt confident that I’ve got the best clinician in Dr. Michelle Howell to take care of my medical condition for my eyes. And, Chris and Tonya, to make sure you walk out feeling the best you… in your new accessories to make you feel good about yourself.

“I have been a patient at Arnett Vision Care for several years. They always provide a very professional and thorough eye exam.“

“I was always happy with the service here, they took time with my daughter and actually cared, just upset I had to switch once I got better insurance. They offered flexible frames for small children which was amazing. When I started going to LensCrafters, they did not offer flex frames which ended up costing me 3-4 pairs of glasses a year.“

“Julie and Dr. Jacob were kind enough to go through multiple contact lens samples with me much to my chagrin and were patient and kind throughout the entire process. I was happy with my experience and had my dad and both of my brothers also come in to get their prescription for their eyeglasses.

Overall they are polite and I haven't ever had problems with communication-- if a phone call fails, a text message usually will lead back to a response. Do keep in mind though that they temporarily close the office from 13:00 to 14:00 for lunch.“
