Long time customer and another example of why. My eye glasses broke and Megan tried to fix them for me. She checked for other options for me and Gearld took it from there. He also was excellent and found an issue with them. He was able to resolve my problem with a new frame! Both of them were Outstanding.
The ladies at the reception desk are welcoming. (Didn’t catch their names) Dr Michael was informative, respectful and personable. Keith was my eye wear consultant and he was informative, personable and respectful as well. Second time being here and both times were a 5 out 5 experience. Told my wife and mother in law about my experience and now they go here as well.
Shelby was incredibly friendly and helpful while I was picking out my glasses. She made the whole process easy and actually fun, taking the time to help me find the right pair without any pressure. I really appreciated her kindness and patience. Great experience overall!
