“I love this place. I've had fabulous experiences with multiple services - manicure/pedicure, lash lifts and facials.I recently had a subpar manicure with a newer nail tech. I sent photos and an explanation to the owner, and she worked really hard to correct the situation. This level of attention to customer service is what keeps me coming back here.Side note: Amber H gives the BEST manicure! Highly recommend!“

“Simply the best spray tan in all of Cincinnati. I drive 30 minutes, when I could easily find somewhere closer to home, but Abalene listens, is precise, and the most natural spray tans I've ever had (and I've been getting spray tans for 15 years!). If you are debating going, do yourself a favor and just try one time, you won't regret it. She is personable and makes you feel comfortable throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!!“

“Alison had been my hairdresser for almost three years when she moved to nearby city. I went to several hairdressers after she left, but was never satisfied until I decided to take the drive back to her. Finally a received a haircut to my liking again. I sent an inquiry through the contact form on the website to see about purchasing a gift certificate online. I was contacted the next day via email and a follow up phone call to let me know I couldn’t do it online but they could help me do it over the phone. I was hesitant at first giving out my card info, but I couldn’t be more pleased with the entire situation! “Tee and Tamara are the best. Tee primarily does my nails and has literally transformed them from thin brittle stubs and bleeding cuticles to gorgeous long natural nails over the last year. My nails aren’t easy to work with and he’s been so patient, and doesn’t make me feel judged for them. I get dip+gel top coat and it’s perfect every time. Plus he’s so fun to talk and joke around with! They are also flexible with rescheduling… but fyi they book up fast!! The salon is clean and decorated so well. I will never go anywhere else!“

Everyone here was so kind and it was a really homely vibe for me personally. I'm on the road alone lot so I don't get to interact with people often anymore. I really enjoyed that aspect.

Prices were very fair too. I paid $100 which included the shampoo and blow dry too. I definitely paid extra cause she took the rest of my braids out that I couldn't before hand.

“What a gem of a spa that we are lucky to have in this neighborhood. I first was exposed to Elora during an event they co-hosted at World Peace yoga studio, which itself was an *AMAZING* experience. That lead me to book a facial here and I could not have been more impressed. They are very hospitable, welcoming, and kind at every step. Studio is beautiful and clean with a great aesthetic, I plan to be back for a massage or something else to treat myself. I noticed that the last 2 times these ladies had their hands on me, I felt so much lighter afterwards. They're truly doing the lord's work- making people feel better in their bodies.
