“I met Darren about a year ago at Orange Theory Fitness where I learned that he owned a roofing company. I had some damage to my roof back in March ‘23 from the bad wind storms we had. I immediately knew I was gonna need a new roof with the damage and how old it was so I got in contact with Darren for him to come out to do an estimate. From the time I contacted him to provide an estimate to when my roof was replaced and new gutter installed, he was patient and knowledgeable about the whole process! He made it smooth sailing!! Once the roof was replaced, he made sure I was satisfied and came back out to do a walk around the next day to make sure everything looked good and was taken care of properly! They came highly recommended for a few reasons:1-The #1 window on the market.2-Value proposition...no pressure sales, reasonably priced, high quality craftsman installing windows/roofing/gutters (for my work performed) and a very small Quality department that always has time for you.And those reasons, Absolutely my experience as well.My salesman was Nathan Morris and my Project Manager was Brandon Ryan. They were always communicating throughout the entire process and all three work crews were fast & clean. The jobsite was hectic when work was being performed but the cleanup was better than I expected...I found minimal items after their departure that were stuck somewhere that wasn't obvious.All in all, I had a small roof repair that removed two skylights, replaced 29 windows with 27 & a sliding glass door and got my whole home refitted with proper gutters and downspouts.My brother recently had 11 windows replaced by a competitor and paid the same price I paid for 27 windows and a sliding glass (triple paned) door in Indianapolis.If I ever need anything else home repair related, I will be calling Windows Plus and their OUTSTANDING!!!! Team.“

Overall we were very happy with the timeline, price, and especially the quality of the finished product.Pros:- Quality of finished product- Finishing on time- Helpful app / website keeps you updated on project- Initial consultation gave great ideas on how to improve layout of kitchenCons:- Some confusion in design process about what items / fixtures were in budget / available- Sometimes slow to respond to online messages (but very quick on calls)Overall the cons were very minor and we are highly satisfied with the entire remodel process. The workers themselves were polite while in our home, our project lead / main point of contact was great about communicating and answering any questions we had, and everything came in at the original budget and timeline estimates.“

Andy came out to meet with me on site to look at the currently layout and discuss what I was requesting. He was on time, polite, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair bid with details listed out for the work to be completed. Once I signed the proposal, I was given a start date within reasonable timing. The workers that were at my house working were respectful and kind, the company in whole did great work on both my kitchen and bathroom. I now have a kitchen with new cabinets, floors, appliances, and more space. I also have a second bathroom that is fully functional and stylish. I would recommend them to family and friends. I will be reaching back out to Total Home Care in the future if there is any other work needed.“
