He gave me a great overview of the process and what to expect going forward. The insurance estimate included only visible damage. Zach’s detailed inspection found additional work that was required. Zach worked with the insurance company to ensure all damage was included in the scope of the claim/repairs. Always had a great experience any time that I texted or called Zach. The day of the installation went as planned. The installation team put down tarps to prevent nails/etc. from landing in the yard. The team also did a great job on cleanup.
