Ted and his team exceeded our expectations, preperations were made to cover our foliage around our home. Tarps were laid to cover our roof when a pop up shower blew in. As well as offering to trim our tree where some branches overhung the roof. All in all the job was done within a days time and they did excellent work.<br><br>We are more than happy and relieved about the job being finished. From the start, when Quincy first came and walked us through the process showing us pictures of the appearance of our very old roof to when we saw the finished beautiful new roof, he was with us all the way. He brought us samples of shingles. I had trouble visualizing what a whole roof would look like, and he shared his expertise as to what colors would blend and brighten our home. He kept us apprised of each step. He provided the personal touch we so appreciated. It was a challenge finding rain free days. Finally, no rain was forecast for two days. His crew came at 7:30 AM and began attacking the old shingles. They were hard working, professional and efficient. When they left at 8:30 PM that night after cleaning up everything, it was as if a genie had come and waved a magic wand. Five stars are not enough to say how easy this whole process was and how highly we recommend Crown Pointe Roofing and Remodeling.”
